RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You have a 14-day right of return or revocation for exchange or refund if the item remains unused. This policy excludes other specially produced items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving the return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
SHIPPING You are not responsible for shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part. For inquiries regarding shipping, please contact us at merch@russedress.no before initiating a return.
You have the right to cancel your order by notifying Russemerch before the expiration of the cancellation period, which is 14 days from the date you physically receive the item(s). A withdrawal form is included with the delivery of the goods. For goods customized to the consumer's specifications, the cancellation period begins 14 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Exchange (Steps 1-5) / Return (Steps 3-5)
- Place a new order for the desired product at Russemerch.se
- We will dispatch the new items within 7 days at the latest.
- Mark the items being returned on the packing list and include the list with the returned goods.
- The returned goods must be clean, unused, and neatly folded.
- On the customs form YOU MUST SET value to NOK 1,- and mark ‘Return of clothing’.
- Buy a return label at PostNord and return to: Russedress.no, Skolmar 32, 3232 SANDEFJORD, NORWAY.
