We hope you love your Russemerch items as much as we do, but if you do want to make a return or exchange, note that we don't have return labels in our packages. Instead, you can create your return and/or exchange here.

Extended Exchange Period – until January 10th, 2026
To make holiday shopping easier, we are offering an extended exchange period for all items purchased in our online stores until January 10th, 2026. This means you can exchange sizes, colors, or products up until this date – perfect for Christmas gifts and early shopping!
Return Rights in Accordance with Consumer Law – 14 Days
We follow Norwegian consumer regulations, which provide a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your item. If you return your order within this period, you will receive a full refund. After the 14 days, refunds are no longer available, but you may still exchange items until January 10th, 2026.
